You can not afford to live anywhere else for the cost and receive as many benefits: sense of community, safe environment, close to class and library, etc.

Beam Residence Hall - The residence hall is coed.
Rooms in Beam Hall are furnished with bed, desk, bookcase, dresser, and mini-blinds. The telephone (local calls) with voice mail is included in the cost of the room. Students may choose one- or two-room units. If you have a roommate you may request a three-room unit. Two lounge areas include cable television. Kitchens are provided on both floors of the residence hall. The residence hall includes a weight room on the lower level.
Laundry facilities with coin-operated washers and dryers are located on the first floor of the campus union. Lunch is served in the Campus Union during the week.
Seminary Apartments
The Seminary offers several options in apartment living.
All of our apartments are unfurnished.
A/B
Sixteen two-bedroom townhomes are located across the street from the Seminary. Each townhome is 996 square feet. They are air-conditioned and have new kitchens. There is a large playground for children in the courtyard.

Smith Family Village
Smith Family Village opened during the Fall 1999. These are exceptional two-bedroom and four-bedroom apartments. There is also one handicap-accessible apartment. Each apartment has a study loft, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. There is a playground for children in the courtyard. There is also a community room for programs and gatherings.
Hillcrest Apartments
Opened in the Fall of 2005, the newest addition to our on-campus student housing features ten attractive buildings, landscaping, a children's play area, community outdoor cooking area, and on-site parking. There are four apartments w/balcony in each building (32 two-bedroom and eight three-bedroom) and all apartments include range, refridgerator, dishwasher, disposal, and washer/dryer. Designed for student and family, each bedroom has its own full bathroom.

The Smith Family Village student housing complex offers multy-level townhouse and apartment units, a community room and activities building, and walled courtyard with swings and children's play area.
